In an effort to make you feel like you're not alone, I'll share this family time FAIL: our pumpkin patch excursion involved Dad wanting to go to the place down the street to buy a pumpkin and avoid all the hoopla of the fall festival, not making it back to the actual pumpkin patch which would've involved a hay ride, seeing some cute (bonus!) but stinky animals, a diarrhea explosion that ended the day prematurely and we came home with NO PUMPKINS!
